Age Is Not A Condom
Older people lead full vibrant lives -- including sexually -- and they need to be reminded about sexually transmitted infections and HIV. Public Health will be hosting a sexual health discussion forum called: Age Is Not A Condom featuring Ulysses Burley III. The forum will be held 5:30 - 8 pm at the Dayton Metro Library downtown at St. Clair and 3rd St. The event is FREE.
Limited free parking is available in the library's underground garage. (accessible from St. Clair St.) and in the library parking lot across from the main entrance on 3rd St.
Dr. Ulysses W. Burley III is an internationally recognized speaker and award-winning writer on topics including faith, HIV/AIDS policy, LGBTQIA, gender and racial justice, food security, and peace in the Middle East. Burley served as a member of the Executive Committee of the World Council of Churches as well as the United States Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA) under the Obama Administration. He has been recognized by the National Minority Quality (NMQF) Forum as a top 40 under 40 Minority Health Leader for his work in faith and HIV in communities of color and serves on the NMQF Advisory Board. Ulysses is the founder of UBtheCURE, LLC - a proprietary consulting company on the intersection of Faith, Health, and Human Rights.
