HIV Prevention Programs

The HIV Prevention Programs concentrate on reducing transmission in Darke, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Clark and Greene Counties. Free anonymous and confidential HIV testing is provided.


Home Care

The Home Care Program is a Medicare certified program that provides skilled nursing, speech therapy, community health advocacy and nutritional services to patients in Montgomery County



Immunization Clinic

Public Health's Immunization Clinic provides routine vaccines for infants, children, teens, and adults. Vaccines are also available to international travelers, those with occupational risk, medical indications, and for post-exposure disease control efforts.

LGBTQ Health Initiatives in the Office of Health Services which focuses on the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community (LGBTQ).

Recovery Services 

Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County's Recovery Services provides substance use disorder treatment, problem gambling treatment, prevention, and intervention services.  We help individuals and families find a treatment program and a recovery life that works.


Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic

Public Health’s Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides patient evaluation, laboratory testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. HIV testing, including rapid testing, is also available. The Public Health STD Lab supports the clinic by providing quick results.


Tuberculosis Clinic

Public Health's Tuberculosis (TB) Program controls the spread of TB in Montgomery County. We ensure all persons with active TB are completely treated, and we work with community partners to screen individuals who are at high risk.
