REMINDER: PLEASE HAVE THESE CHECKLIST ITEMS READY IN PDF FORMAT:

  1. Menu
  2. Complete set of drawings that includes kitchen equipment layout, lighting schedule, plumbing fixture schedule, finish schedule and site plan
  3. Complete list of kitchen equipment makes and model numbers or equipment spec sheets
  4. Any food safety training certifications obtained
