If you are experiencing unsatisfactory living conditions regarding mold, water leaks, electricity, heating or cooling, or other housing issues, and a mutually agreed upon solution between yourself and the property owner cannot be reached, we suggest you consult with a law firm or Legal Aid of Western Ohio for advice regarding what actions you make take.
If you have a complaint about mold, water leaks, electrical, heat, air conditioning, or trash inside the home, you will need to contact the housing department of they city the home is located in.
