• Subline Title: Public Health to Help You Stay Healthy and Fit This Holiday Season

Tis the season for healthy habits! Put self-care and healthy living on the top of your Christmas list with Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County’s “25 Days of Fitmas Challenge”.The challenge is designed to help you start and maintain healthy habits during the holiday season.

“Amidst the chaos of the holiday season, the “25 Days of Fitmas Challenge” will help you prioritize your health and well-being,” said Jasmine Young, Health Education Specialist, Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County.

To participate individuals must register for this free challenge on Public Health’s website before November 28. The “25 Days of Fitmas Challenge” begins the week of December 1st.

Participants will receive a 25 Days of Fitmas calendar of health habits along with a series of tasks to earn points. The top 3 winners with the most points will receive a gift card up to $100 and a healthy living kit.
