Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County’s CLIA certified laboratory is able to screen clients for certain health conditions at satellite facilities and to diagnosis communicable diseases, such as syphilis and trichomonas, in our Reibold Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic for same day treatment. 

The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) laboratory testing occurs across 7 fixed locations and on 3 mobile units.

Public Health personnel perform tests and ensure that results are accurate and reliable across multiple programs, including Recovery Services; Women, Infants & Children (WIC); disease prevention, and nursing.
